To get from where you are now to the body you want, you have to be SPECIFIC with your training. If you are following generic workout plans you got from
friends, magazines, the internet or even Brad Pitt’s own personal program, you are wasting a lot of energy and not training optimally because the training is
not specific to YOU, your genetics, your schedule, your lifestyle or your goals!
